First Registered Mortgage

With First Registered Mortgage’s, money is lent against the security over property such as residential, commercial, industrial or rural land. Interest can be pre-paid or paid monthly in advance.

Valuations are normally determined internally and by a registered valuer as instructed by Digital Valley. The maximum amount lent will not exceed 65% of the value of the property mortgaged.

Digital Valley offers Private First Ranking Registered Mortgages secured against real estate such as residential, commercial and industrial.
